Andiamo Andiamo Inc. (“Andiamo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Andiamo²™ mobile application, our websites at triathlontrainingplans.com and andiamorace.com, and our coaching services. We are based in Texas, United States.

This policy explains how information is handled in each setting. The Mobile Application section governs use of the Andiamo²™ mobile app. Website analytics and coaching-service collection described elsewhere in this policy do not apply to calculator activity inside the mobile app. When you open a website from the app, that website’s privacy practices apply to your website visit.

1. Andiamo²™ Mobile Application

Calculator data and accounts

The app does not require an account, login, or registration. It contains no advertising SDKs or analytics tracking. Andiamo does not collect or upload your calculator inputs or results, create a remote athlete profile, or add calculator values to outbound links.

​

Calculations take place on your device. Information you enter may include age, body weight, race details, training measurements, and other calculator inputs. Compatible values can be reused between calculators within the app. Reused values are labeled with their source, and you can edit, clear, or ignore them. Each calculator also accepts manually entered values.

Temporary memory and optional saving

By default, “This visit only” keeps calculator records in temporary app memory. These records are cleared when the app session ends or reloads. Switching to another app does not necessarily end the session.

​

If you select “Remember on this device,” shared values and calculator forms and results are saved locally for later use. They are not uploaded to Andiamo. The app may also save preferences, such as your selected save mode, even when calculator records are not saved.

​

Locally saved calculator records are not encrypted by the application itself. Device protections depend on your operating system, screen lock, and device configuration. Avoid saving information on a shared device if you do not want other people with access to that device to see it.

Retention and deletion

Saved calculator records remain locally until you change save modes, clear the records, remove the applicable app or browser data, or otherwise delete them through your device controls.

​

Use the data-clearing control on the app’s Data & preferences page to delete calculator records. Choosing “This visit only” removes saved calculator records while allowing the current session to continue in memory. Preference records and cached application assets may remain; calculator-data clearing is not a promise to remove every app file.

​

Andiamo cannot remotely access or erase these local records. Deleting calculator records does not delete PDFs or copies previously saved, shared, printed, or backed up outside the app.

PDFs, sharing, and printing

Fueling PDFs are generated on your device and may contain the name and plan details you entered. The app may place generated PDFs in its local cache to support viewing and export.

If you choose Save, Share, or Print, the selected document is passed to the destination, app, or print service you choose. That destination may store, transmit, or retain the document under its own practices. You control whether to initiate these actions.

Backups and device services

Andiamo does not operate cloud backup or synchronization for calculator records. The Android release is configured to disable standard Android app backup and includes backup-exclusion rules. This does not control backups of exported PDFs, third-party services, or every device-transfer mechanism. Browser-based use and other platform versions may have different backup behavior. Review your device, browser, and chosen service settings.

Google Play, Apple, your operating system, and your browser may independently process installation, purchase-account, diagnostic, or service information under their own policies. This is separate from Andiamo collecting calculator inputs or installing analytics in the app.

Links and support

The app includes links to TrainingPeaks, Final Surge, research references, and Andiamo websites. Websites open when you select a link. The app does not attach your calculator inputs or results to those links. A destination may receive normal connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, when you visit it.

Third-party sites operate under their own privacy policies. Visits to Andiamo websites are covered by Section 2 below. Purchases and accounts on TrainingPeaks and Final Surge are handled under those platforms’ policies; information they provide to us in connection with coaching or an order is covered by Section 3.

If you email us for support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other information you choose to send. Please send only information needed to address your request.

2. Andiamo Websites

Information you provide

We receive information you submit through website forms, subscriptions, enquiries, or service requests. Depending on what you submit, this can include your name, email address, telephone number, message, and requested service details. We use it to respond, deliver requested materials, administer services, and send marketing communications where permitted and consistent with your choices.

Hosting and Visitor Analytics

Our websites use Wix hosting and have Visitor Analytics enabled. Website analytics are separate from the mobile app’s local calculator operation.

​

Visitor Analytics processes technical and interaction information to help us understand website use and improve the site. This may include IP address, approximate location, device type, screen dimensions, browser and operating system, referral source, visited pages, visit times, session duration, and interaction or conversion statistics, depending on the enabled configuration.

​

The Visitor Analytics configuration described by this policy uses device attributes for fingerprinting and pseudonymous visitor measurement. Pseudonymous data can still be personal data; it should not be understood as necessarily anonymous. Website hosting and enabled features may also use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies. We do not make a blanket claim that the websites are free from tracking technologies.

Where Visitor Recordings and heatmaps are enabled, these features record page navigation, clicks, scrolling, and pointer movement to help diagnose usability problems. These website features do not operate within the mobile app.

We use applicable website privacy controls to explain and manage nonessential tracking. Where consent is required, nonessential tracking must remain disabled until the required consent is obtained. Browser settings can also manage some cookies and storage, but blocking cookies alone may not prevent fingerprinting.

3. Coaching and Customer Services

When you enquire about or use coaching, testing, analysis, or related services, we process the information needed to respond and deliver that service. This may include contact details, correspondence, order information, training history, performance measurements, and health-related information you choose to provide for the requested service.

​

Where you submit a video for gait or swim analysis, we process that video and the related information to provide the requested feedback. This is separate from use of the calculator app; the app does not automatically upload recordings or coaching information.

​

We use service information to communicate with you, fulfill orders and coaching commitments, maintain business records, address support or billing questions, and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications are handled separately from necessary service correspondence, and you may unsubscribe from marketing messages.

​

Purchases through external marketplaces are processed by those platforms. We may receive order, customer, or service information made available to us as the seller or coach. We do not receive payment-card details merely because you use the app’s plan selector.

4. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We use providers that support website hosting, website analytics, communications, and delivery of requested services. We disclose information as needed for those functions and subject to applicable arrangements. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy notices.

​

We may disclose relevant records when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, legal claims, or protection of rights and safety. A business transfer may involve relevant customer records, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.

​

These disclosures concern information we actually hold. They do not mean that we can access or transfer calculator records stored only on your device.

5. Retention

For local app records, see Section 1. For information we receive through websites, support, or coaching, retention depends on its purpose:

​

• Enquiries and support correspondence: for the time needed to address the matter and reasonably maintain relevant service history.

​

• Coaching records and submitted analysis materials: for service delivery and a reasonable follow-up period, taking account of the engagement and applicable obligations.

​

• Order and accounting records: for applicable tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and other legal requirements.

​

• Marketing records: until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer needed, with limited suppression records retained where needed to honor your choices.

​

• Website analytics and recordings: according to the retention settings of the enabled analytics services and our operational needs. We review these settings and delete or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.

​

We may retain particular records longer when required by law or necessary for an existing dispute. We do not promise immediate deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.

​

6. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved. No storage or transmission method guarantees complete security. Protection of local app data also depends on your device and the destinations you choose for exports.

Andiamo is based in the United States. Information submitted to us or processed by website and service providers may be handled in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing. Using a service is not, by itself, a substitute for any legally required transfer safeguard or consent.

 

7. Privacy Requests and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or complain to your local data-protection authority.

Contact hello@andiamorace.com to make a request about information Andiamo holds. We may need proportionate information to verify and process your request. Exceptions and response periods depend on applicable law.

​

For app records stored only on your device, use the app’s Data & preferences controls. We cannot retrieve those records to fulfill an access request. For records held by TrainingPeaks, Final Surge, or another provider independently, contact that provider directly.

8. Adults and Children

The Andiamo²™ app and the services covered by this policy are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. Locally entered app values are not automatically sent to us.

9. Changes and Contact

We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. We provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law. Because the app does not require an account or email address, app users should not expect policy updates by email unless they have separately provided one.
